I am delighted to introduce David Reed, who has joined Proparamedics in the role of Clinical Governance Officer.
David was one of the founders of Proparamedics back in 2000 and has recently returned to assist us in Clinical Governance ensuring our clinical policies are reviewed and our procedures are up to date and in line with current nationally agreed guidelines to include JRCALC, NICE, Resuscitation Council UK and other agencies.
Working along with our own Proparamedics Education Department, David’s lead is to continuously improve the quality of services and safeguard high standards of care creating an environment in which clinical excellence will flourish. Along with Paul, Sandra and the Training Team he will be responsible for undertaking quality assurance audits and quality improvement mentorship to all grades of staff.
David has always had a professional approach to pre-hospital care and is highly experienced in this field. He is an enthusiastic instructor and will happily take questions, provide answers and guidelines and takes a thorough ‘on the ground’ view of patient led care.
This is a great opportunity for Proparamedics. David’s skills will be a valuable asset to us whilst we enhance and improve our services and will contribute to our continuous success as a company.
